Great Little Gizmo!
Where has this been hiding for the last 5 years? No longer do I need to have a bunch of cables to transfer stuff from my phone to my computer and vice versa. Now I just plug the mini usb on this little jewel into my phone, copy the stuff over to it, and then remove it from the phone. After that I extend the USB plug from the other side of this gizmo and plug that into my computer. Then I can copy my stuff to the computer. And while I'm there, I can then grab more stuff off my computer, unplug this cute but powerful device, extend the mini usb and plug it into my phone. You know what happens next. Voila! And here's another use I have found for it; from my computer I can load a lot of music or many RadioLab podcasts onto it. Then I plug this into my phone and grab my Bluetooth headphones for hours of listening fun. And I don't use any space on the phone itself because this acts as a simple storage area, accessible to the phone at all times. Great invention. Hardly bigger than a red grape! I give it 5 stars for ease of use and lots of fun.

(didnt work for me in mac) This was a great way for me to put all my video files ...
So I bought this for my Nexus 7 2nd Gen, I have to admit, I didnt do enough research when I bought it, but it was on sale and I thought it would be plug and play. I want to say it definitely was NOT plug and play. I was worried I bought something that wont work at all with my nexus... but it turns out, I had to do a bit of work to get it to work.1.) You need to reformat this to NTFS2.) Nexus 7 has to be rooted. (at least for Stick Mount, from what I read)3.) Download an app called "Stick Mount" and install.4.) Make sure you have ES File Explorer, once you have stick mount and the drive is NTFS, you should be able to access this drive via ES File Explorer. This is the steps I made to make it work. Although I had to format NTFS using a windows machine. (didnt work for me in mac)This was a great way for me to put all my video files in, as I watch a lot of EDX online videos, and this allows me to be learning on the go.

Great value, excellent functionality. Outstanding item. Highly recommended
I have only had this for a week or 2, but this little guy has been a joy to use. Though there is a newer model out soon (USB 3.0), this one suited my needs just fine at a reasonable price point. It works perfectly with my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 4) - and I mean perfectly. The android app is great and pops up right when you insert the microUSB into the phone. The app allows you to mange storage and transfer or copy photos, videos, whatever to or from your phone memory/SD card / San Disk storage - with ease. A rare app that is functional and quite nice to use. It's plug and play on a Windows PC, and works perfectly - and as expected when connecting as a storage stick to a PC. So it is painless and straightforward to copy data to/from your PC. Transferring pics between PC and phone is SOOOOO easy now.Great item. Highly recommended.

GREAT product, genius idea, but slightly flawed execution
This thing is fantastic and a must have if you have an android device that doesn't have SD card support. I use this thing constantly on all my devices now. I will get another one to have for other purposes, but for now I have used this one to put ROMS on, updated GAPPS files that I don't have to keep in the memory of my devices. I've also mainly used this for storing movies and tv series I want to watch when I have the opportunity. This thing transfers data FAST. I'll come home and throw another season of a tv show on the drive for watching when I'm on public transit from work to home in the evenings and it's done in a few minutes. Plenty of space and very small. With all the pros listed above here are my cons, it's a short list.I respect the idea they come up with for protecting the data ports on either end, it's essentially a sliding plastic shield that moves from one side to the other to reveal either USB or micro USB, that in and of itself is pretty nifty, but it's execution is just not there for me. It doesn't "lock" in place when it's covering the ports, it sort of "snaps" but it's a very weak mechanism and will unsheathe itself constantly. This really isn't that big of a deal when it's in my tech bag, but it does bother me when it's in my pocket. The build quality seems very sturdy but I don't want to prematurely bend or break this product and have to buy another one to replace it. At first I thought why not caps on the ends? Who want's to keep up with caps though, or have them fit on the top of the other cap while this is plugged into your device making it's profile that much larger? So the idea they have is sound the execution just isn't.My only other con is the mechanism for a loop or string to hook into on the body. On the "top?" of the device there is a very small eyelet for putting a string though, which you could then use to put on your keychain, phone dangley (if you carry those, Koreans LOVE these things), or a necklace/bracelet if you are that kind of geek (I am). The thing is it's so very small that ONLY string is going to fit through here, unless you have a very very fine necklace you're not getting it through this small eyelet. I don't mind that so much I probably wouldn't even mind that it has to be string only if they'd included one with the device, I simply don't keep that kind of stuff around my house so I have no way of attaching it unless I go buy something like that.Something like one of these http://www.amazon.com/Black-Strap-Lobster-Mobile-String/dp/B00E1JN93GSo besides those two cons this is a fantastic device for any android owner. Before any IOS/appler person asks, no this will not fit your device. You have a different pin out connection which is why we can't share chargers either. If you are on the fence about this device, it's not crazy expensive just pick one up. You will be surprised at how much you use it once you've incorporated it into your gear bag.

Great little drive!
I purchased this drive primarily for PC use however I liked the option to be able to move files between my PC and Android devices.Device: SanDisk Ultra 64GB Micro USB 2.0 OTGCompatibility: The devices works fine with my PC and came formatted as EXT2 on a single partition. My devices were not on the compatibility list so I was hoping they'd work anyways. My Fire Phone did not recognize the drive at all. My Fire HD recognized the drive but gave me a warning that it was incompatible. My Samsung Galaxy Tab S and Acer Iconia recognized the drive and I was able to access it via the file manager but the SanDisk app did not recognize the drive on either device.Overall: I'm happy with the drive and can use it on my main Android devices via file managers. I'm not taking off stars for the incompatibility with my 2 Amazon devices because I knew they were not on the compatibility list.
