Q: is the adhesive all on one orinetation (North or south) or evenly divided between north and south?

It must be all on one (north or south) because adhesive sides repel one another, as do the non adhesive sides. To get them to attract when side by side one adhesive side and one non adhesive side need to be showing.

Q: Are these magnetic on both sides?

Positive and negative (so if you try to stick the back to the front of another one, they will repel).

Q: Will the magnets stick to each other?

Do you mean ‘magnetically’ or with the ‘sticky adhesive’ that comes attached to each magnet? Either will cause them to stick to each other!

Q: Would these be strong enough to keep a small drawer closed in my camper?

Yes, they are strong enough, but the stickers are all put on in an orientation that makes it impossible to use for keeping a drawer closed... I made that mistake in purchasing these.
