I buy these in bulk for work and find the product consistent in structure and quality (usually there is only one broken or chipped cone in a box). Although I have not tried them myself, those who eat them appear to really like the taste and texture. The cones are somewhat fragile and thin, but with gently handling you can add whatever filling you want without much cracking or breakage. I would recommend these and also suggest getting more than you think you will need in case some are broken or break during handling.

Really spendy but I couldn't find them anywhere else when I needed them.
