SYSTAGENIX WOUND MNGMNT Adaptic Non-Adhering Dressing, 24 Count (3 Pack)

I use this in the wound bed before using black or green foam for a wound vac dressing. Adaptic prevents the newly epithelialized tissue from growing into the foam. It does not interfere in any way with the negative pressure.

Impossible to find locally and were critical to helping my skin graft bond without getting pulled loose during dressing changes.Worked better for me than the Curity "oil emulsion" dressing the homehealth agency provided.

Used for wound care on Venous Ulcers.

I have been a user of this product for a long time. I use this product on slow healing wounds and diabetic ulcers to prevent the dressing from being imbeded in the flesh.

Did what I needed it to do, a little costly.

I have a serious wound on my calf --- about 20cm x 8cm and I use this to dress it daily. It does have a smell but its a god send.
