Really helped me during anxiety attacks that had me twitching and convulsing and unable to think, speak or hold my phone or do anything. They really helped esp after I was given medications. But they really helped hold me together till my medication could be delivered to me

not worth the money some of the sticks were broke snapped not sure handled roughly by the driver or the little tube they are packed in rubbish quality for the price
