Excellent Knee Support for Leg Workouts
Provides great support for the knees during leg workouts. It feels secure, stable, and really helps reduce strain when lifting heavier weights. Definitely a solid addition to any gym routine!

Great Knee Wraps
My expertise is limited, but these definitely allow focusing on core during box squats instead of knees. The 2m version is the IPF approved length. If wrapped tight they get a little uncomfortable 3/4 way through a 12 x 2 session, but just snug was a pleasure my previous 5 x 5 session.
