I'm afraid if there was a zero I would have chosen that. Nothing about the way the product was made because that was excellent. The reason for my score is that I bought it as a support for my husband who had just had surgery and needed the support. Unfortunately the scrotum bag was far too small and even looking at bigger sizes it didn't improve. If you were a young, fit 20 year old it might have done the job but as it was described as a proper support, it was a waste of money. I've given up now looking and will continue to daily wash the he came home with from the hospital

Bought following surgery. Had to return for a different size due to swelling. My fault and was dealt with efficiently. However the correct size was great and gave much needed support. Quality is great, washes well and price is reasonable.

Ordered initially to support my husbands inguinal hernias (to ease his discomfort until he had the op) but this was more for a boy, perhaps its purpose is for something else i cant think of. needless to say it couldnt be used. Couldnt put in charity shop so had to be thrown away.

This is exactly what my doctor said I should get. It holds my scrotum comfortably, is well made, gives great relief and is quite good value.

Does the job, but massively overpriced for what you get.

I have now ordered and rejected both medium and large sizes which are both pitifully small and likely to promote further damage rather than healing. Each support part of the product (the important bit) probably has the capacity to hold, at the maximum, a tangerine but, in reality, needs to hold a large grapefruit! It doesn’t help that the manufacturer’s product label has had an Amazon? barcode sticker applied over it, this obliterating any vital information for us, the patients.
