Purchased the belt on December 6th, paid only $5.95 for standard shipping, and it arrived from Bangkok to California on December 8th! I got a medium size velcro one (buckle wasn't available in that size) and it seems to fit pretty well I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs. It feels suprisingly lighter than the ones that I've trained with in Thailand at the muay thai gym, but perhaps it's because mine hasn't yet been soaked with 5 lbs of sweat. =PQuality seems to be good, as expected from Twins brand. I will update this if there are any issues once I start training with it. =)

The other review on this is spot on, the size medium belly pad is very small (I'm 5'6" and 165). But it appears to be amazing quality just as I would expect from Twins. I will begin using this medium sized pad next week and if it doesn't hold up I will update the review.
