Beautiful and functional
Lovely daybed and trundle. Looks as described. I was able to assemble it in about 2-3 hours. A mattress cover of the same material is NOT included. You would need to create it on your own. My daughter loves having her own little bed and we live in a studio, so now we have a proper sofa and bed for her. I would recommend purchasing a mattress of 8” height or lower. Ours (which was a gift) is 10” and completely hides the armrests.

Looks expensive, good quality, truly a light gray color
Purchased this bed in the dark blue color first then decided to order the light gray as well. We have a blue velvet chair in the room this was going in and the two blues did not match so we ended up keeping the gray bed. I assembled this bed myself and I’m a woman in my 20’s. Super simple just follow the instructions. Overall probably took about 2 hours to complete with me doing other things in between. Some reviews said they had issues with the holes not being drilled correctly for the hardware but this was not the case for me. I was worried when I ordered the gray that it was going to be dark based off of other reviews/photos but it’s truly is a light gray. The velvet also slightly changes based off of which directly you sweep it in. Also if you’re looking at the dark blue color it is more of a bright hue versus a dark navy. Still so beautiful. The bed feels decently sturdy but I also haven’t put the mattress on yet. The trundle underneath slides super smoothly and does come out completely so you could essentially put the trundle part across the room etc... As far as mattress height if you want the velvet tufts to show I would say 6-8” max is what you should do for the top portion and really probably 6” for the trundle portion. I did measure and it will only fit a true twin NOT A TWIN XL. Also wanted to note I purchased a brand new blue color bed but when I went to order the light gray they only had “used” ones sold by amazon warehouse. It advised that the bed may come with slight flaws but primarily the outer box would be damaged. I expected to find some issue with the bed but I’m almost positive it is brand new although the outer box was a little scuffed up, but who cares right? The only little thing I can find is a small mark on front panel of the trundle board that looks like a slight grease color, maybe from someone touching the hardware then the velvet. Don’t be afraid to buy used if it’s from amazon directly. Overall super satisfied with this bed ( this will be used for adults in a guest room) and for the money the quality is great. The photos I added showing the assembled bed are taken during the day in natural light and I also uploaded a photo showing the blue alone and the blue and gray next to one another in case anyone wanted to compare, but these were taken at night with inside lighting.

Beautiful color
I love it! The color is very pretty and it was very easy to put together. The only problem I had was that there were a few bolts missing.

Beautiful, sturdy, and easy to assemble
Daybed is as expected. The color was spot on and it is very sturdy. If you are looking to use this as a quasi couch, do not exceed an 8inch mattress. Not out intent, as picture shows we put a 12inch beautyrest mattress on ours.

Little Seeds Does Not Live Its Values
It is difficult to be objective within the constrained choices of a review. However, I felt so strongly about this I had to get my thoughts out in the most practical way available to me. To be clear Amazon fully refunded me my money and I did reach out to Little Seeds directly but their response was cold at best and completely unexpected for company that claims the following on their website "Little Seeds is a furniture brand providing families with high quality children’s products with great style. Little Seeds is committed to protecting and preserving the environment for our children’s future."The very simple matter is that I ordered this from Amazon. Amazon only shipped 1 of 2 boxes. In other words I was missing box 2 of 2. It was the last one on the Amazon website and this particular color has been out of stock everywhere so I settled for an Amazon Warehouse buy thinking I could live with a few blemishes here and there. When I opened up the first box I was puzzled because none of the parts seemed long enough. I quickly realized the box said "box 1 of 2" thus I did not get the 2nd part of the shipment with the long parts. I was not really after a refund so I called Amazon a second time insisting that I would love to pay for this if they could get the warehouse to locate and ship the second box. That failed. I emailed Little Seeds and the next morning was one of those forum emails that you know from the beginning "Thank you for contacting Little Seeds.... blah blah ..no we cannot sell you the second half the the shipment." I was torn apart that I have to throw away this perfectly good half of a day bed because somewhere at Amazon and Little Seed no one was to be found to help from tossing something perfectly new away. It seemed so out of line from the values and songs we are singing today about "Save the Environment" ..... On one hand I feel like this is a first world problem and on the other hand I feel like no one gives a care any more. I bet the fully assembled product is super nice but I have to give it the lowest rating given that both parties do not live the values. At the very least ask for my half back and reunite with the other half or something. I get it. It cost more to ship. It cost more fuel and energy blah blah .... but caring should carry some weight in the business decision every now and then.
