This was a really great step by step book on how to start a cookie business. It seems quite thorough and really walks you through the process. I couldn't access the online information that was promised, and got no response when I inquired, so don't count on those resources (which sound like they would be helpful!)

This has helped me so much in designing and starting my own Cottage Business in MI, USA! The material can get a little redundant at times, but a great guide to a fairly easy and inexpensive startup.

I think overall this book was a let down for me, I wanted so learn some basic things about running a food related business, instead the information contained is not well explained for someone w/o a business background. I thought it would offer practical advice, but I found most of the informartion I had already read about somewhere else, and the real important stuff comes in little bits.
