Q: Is this transformer truly 3/4" high? One reviewer stated it was not.

The dimensions of the Hatch, model RS12-80M that I received are:approx 2-1/4 inch wide/long, 1-3/16 inch deep, 3/4 inch high - used a steel roller to measure not a micrometer but these dimensions are pretty close.

Q: Will this transformer work in both 2-lamp and 4-lamp kichler xenon undercabinet fixture ?

Yes, as long it meets the minimum load required witch is 20watts ( halogen / zenon bulbs)

Q: Does this 80W 12V transformer replace the same for a Kichler 10580wh fixture

Kichler Transformer DR16S...since the 80wh matches, I would say yes.....it saved my light and was easy to install

Richler 10574CLR appears to be a "Modular 12V Xenon T5 WED5 18.5 watt Xenon Light Bulb", so assuming your unit can "house" this power transformer/adapter, it should work fine.
