Didn't know ahead of time how much lift I need, this is the perfect solution. Can't speak to durability, but the quality seems excellent and stickiness of the system is appropriate. If you are new to the lift crowd, this is a great place to start.

First set lasted almost 2 years with about 800 walking miles on them! Very durable and comfortable.

I recently found out during an examination for procurement of a new parable of the lessee's that I had a significant limb length discrepancy. Being a podiatrist, I note that it is very difficult to build in a heel left in an orthotic without causing some difficulties. These heel lifts are easily adjustable and made from a fairly sturdy material. I like the fact that it is adjustable as you could start at a very low level and work your way up in height. Even if you measure a significant difference in length, it is always good to start at the lowest length and work your way up. Sometimes your body takes a bit of an "shock" if you change how your extremities function suddenly. I would not recommend using these in both shoes as a manner to increase overall height. It might seem to work (a little) but you'll end up throwing your gait and balance off kilter causing a variety of other issues, especially knee and back pain! Use wisely!

these leg length shims are made in 1/8 inch increments, with tapered leading edges for easy sizing, and the double stick tape holds sections together very well. (you may want to experiment to determine the right amount of adjustment before sticking sections together.) this product keeps its promise and is a very good value as well

Less than the cost of the insert the dr gave me. This worked great. Will order more again when these wear out. High enough for what I needed. All others were too short.

Love that these are customizable! I had a hip replacement leaving one leg a little bit longer than the other. These are a perfect fit in my shoes and I was able to layer them to compensate for the size difference. They’re very comfortable and very sturdy. I just wish there was a way to make a lift for sandals. I definitely recommend!

Bought these to put into my lifting shoes to get some extra heel height while doing squats.There is a packaging problem with these. They are "Sold in Pairs" as "2 sets of 5". But the supplier packages them in individual sets. That's just asking for problems. What warehouse picker is going to think to grab two? So I only received 1 set of 5. Amazon got me a refund to order again though.With that sorted, they serve the intended purpose for me. They are firm which I need for stability. The layers are perfect for making minor adjustments. I plan on peeling off a layer every couple weeks as my ankle dorsiflexion improves at the bottom of my squat.Overall I feel they are a little overpriced for what they are, which is essentially trimmings of insoles. But for my needs it is a niche product for a specific purpose so I can't complain.
