I bought this as a gift for my husband, and he has this to say about them:"I love these scissors. They are like getting a custom-made knife or woodworking tool that instills pride of ownership. They are quite sharp. The finger and thumb holes are eccentrically shaped to match the shape of the digits. The thumb hole handle is gently curved in a way that makes holding them feel natural (in the right hand anyway). The little brass tang on the finger hole gives great control and precision, and the brass tightening screw just makes it classy. As an experiment, I trimmed my beard using only these scissors, and it was not only easy, but arguably easier and more precise than my automatic beard trimmer. If I lost these, I would buy them again within the hour. Great product. It's a keeper."

Trusting reviews is always a bit of a crap shoot. These scissors reviews are pretty ridiculous. These particular scissors are fine for mustache and beard. Reasonably sharp, light weight and well built for the price. They are stamped Made in Pakistan, so don't expect German, American or Swiss quality, but you are also not doing surgery. The finger holes are fine. I have above average size fingers and they fit fine with the inserts installed. You're not supposed to stick you whole finger through the holes (duh!). These will not work for lefty's. I'm left handed, but learned to use scissors with either hand. If you need lefty scissors, then you know that the description needs to say lefty. Don't bash this seller because you think lefty's should be able to use right handed scissors or because you don't know how to hold scissors or because you want $200 quality for $24.

I am a licensed hairdresser and am using these for cutting clients hair. I would of given 5 stars but the rubber in the thumb piece kept falling out during my first use and my hands are not large. Otherwise the sissors are sharp and as described.

I use these scissors to trim my beard primarily and for various other things. They cut precisely the first time without having to repeat the cut. Also, they don't drag across my face catching passed-over hairs between the blades and pulling. These are the first scissors I have used which have an adjustment finger nut connecting the blades in order to adjust the tension. This feature is found on the $200 scissors that my wife's hair stylist uses. The finger holes are ergonomically curved to fit your hand better, and the finger holes have inserts that can be removed to fit those with larger digits. The cut is so quiet that we can remove hair balls from our cat's stomach without him even knowing!!!! All in all, I would recommend these beauties to any and everyone who needs a small pair of scissors for precision work.

The finger-handles are too small. I am a medium size man (5'9") and my fingers don't fit through the holes well even after I took out the plastic-rubber inserts in the finger holes. They are sharp, but straight edge, so how long will they stay sharp? I would have preferred micro-serrated blades, or something that would really set these scissors apart from lesser expensive ones I can get at any WalMart, CVS, or Walgreen store. In other words, those scissors do as good a job on my mustache and beard as these do and cost a lot less. My fingers fit well on the holes of the cheaper scissors.

I'm a dog groomer with a hubby who has a full beard! He wants me to trim it but I was only ever using his beard clippers which did not skim, but push his course beard hair around for an uneven, unnatural looking cut. Discovered men use scissors on their beard! So I bought him (me) these scissors to trim him beard bush up. For the price I was semi skeptical because good dog grooming scissors are at least $100. But I trusted the reviews and these scissors ARE very good. I combed and scissored his beard to perfection! Scissors are the key to "trimming up" a beard. He said there was no pinching or pulling of hair while I was scissoring. The scissors cut through course beard hair like butter. Good quality scissors. I would buy again if I had too but I shouldn't have to replace the for a long time if I take good care of them. Finger holes are good for my lady fingers but idk about man fingers.

I gave this product a try, and I was so impressed by these scissors. I received my scissors very quickly, within a day or two they were delivered to my home. These are a precision scissors. Sharp is a understatement. I look forward to trimming my mustache, what a huge difference from these scissors and the ones you get in a typical grooming kit. I you are looking for a scissors, try these. And if you don't like the product Milly will keep in touch with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Finger holes in scissors are very small.... had to remove rubber inserts in order for my fingers to fit.Made more for a ladies hands..
