These really do work! I've been focusing on diet and when you change and eat better and less, you get bloated while your stomach adjusts. I find the best way to take these is before bed. It moves things along so you can start your day feeling great! Just take one though, as I took 2 or 3 together and it was too strong. Take one and be done!

Day 1, it helped my daughter with her abdominal pain. I tried everything and nothing worked, this pill after 5 minutes stops her pain completely. Only thing later on the pain comes back but I can’t give her another pill because it’s only once a day

Great Product.
Purchased to help with esophageal spasms. In doing some research, it has been said that peppermint can help relax the esophagus and ease the pain and discomfort. I started using them and found that it did take time to work its magic, but it definitely helped ease the spams, and the taste is not too strong. I felt a cooling sensation in my chest after taking it and eventually I felt better and was able to go to sleep.,
