This form of magnesium does help me sleep at night. My wife had low magnesium levels, and I had her use this because it doesn't affect the stomach the same way other forms can. She loves it too.

This was a good find. I take magnesium regularly. These are packages nicely plus the capsules are powder material and but a solid which I prefer. If you take too much magnesium it can cause restroom issues so follow the directions on amounts 😉

Been taking them daily for about ten days..no results so far.. they claim you should take them for two or more weeks before you will see any effects.. so not sleeping any better so far!
