Had to replace the cord to my Sony Bravia tv because I’m raising a 3year old piranha that chewed on everything. Initially, I called Sony’s customer service to replace the cord, and they told me it would cost $104 not including shipping! I politely declined, so glad I found it on Amazon❤️

When I contacted Sony about obtaining a replacement power cable, they wanted to charge us in excess of 120.00. The TV literally sat for almost 2 years. Thankfully I found it here and I wasn't being ripped off. A replacement power cable of all things shouldn't cost 1/3rd of the price of the replacement cost of the TV. It's not like the TV was a top of the line model. Sony needs to do better by their customers and not try to take them to the bank every time. Glad I have the TV powered up, Sadly, none of the apps connect, after establishing an internet connection, nor does it appear Sony services the model any longer with updates to it's firmware. Have had the TV almost 6 years. Disappointed in Sony, not the service I got here.
