I'm taking these with the hope to help me heal my gut for Hashimoto's. I really like that these don't need refrigeration. They seem to work well. I don't have any side effects. I've been taking them for a week. I'm taking 3, three times a day. After a month I will drop to just 3/ day for maintenance. Hopefully I will continue to feel improvement.
