Perfect Dairy-Free Dessert That Doesn't Skimp on Flavor
As someone who has a family member with a dairy allergy, finding a creamy, satisfying dessert that won’t upset their stomach has been a real challenge—until I tried Simply Delish Natural Instant Vanilla Pudding. This stuff is a total game-changer! First of all, it’s impressive how many dietary boxes this pudding checks: sugar-free, non-GMO, gluten-free, fat-free, vegan and keto-friendly. That’s a rare combo. But what really matters is the taste—and this vanilla pudding delivers. It’s smooth, rich, and tastes indulgent, even without the sugar or dairy. The prep is incredibly easy too—just add your preferred milk alternative (I used almond milk), mix, chill, and enjoy. It sets beautifully and has a great texture that rivals traditional dairy-based puddings. Whether you have dietary restrictions or are just looking for a lighter dessert option, this is a guilt-free treat that actually satisfies. Bonus points for not having any weird aftertaste like some sugar-free options do. Highly recommend stocking up!

Really great flavor!
Really Really yummy. Could not tell it was Sugar Free! My husband loves to put berry powder in it- it also helps thicken it. I would recommend whole milk if you're planning on making a pie out of it as it runs a little on the thin side with oat milk. I poured the looser one over a cake for a tres leches kinda thing and it was great.

Good Pudding
I bought and made this specifically for my vegan sister and her vegetarian husband - she liked it, he didn't. I shared it with a brother and another sister and they both liked it. I got to lick the spoon and I thought it was good but just a tiny bit off flavorwise. My brother said it's because some people don't like the flavor the Stevia imparts. I guess my brother-in-law is one of those people. One star for each of us that liked it, and no star for the one who didn't.

Chocolate pudding on-demand!
This pudding works for me - I'm managing my blood sugar via diet, exercise and a bunch of supplements. I'm very, very careful and I appreciate things that make supporting this lifestyle easier. And this stuff is pretty tasty, too. It's an instant pudding, and more like a mousse than a dense pudding. You don't need a lot to feel like you have had a treat. I use a mix of heavy cream and an almond-milk/coconut milk mixture. Keeps it a little lighter than straight cream, but gives it a great texture with the cream. I also have bought the strawberry and the vanilla and will review those when I get to it, but the chocolate is my favorite.

Would not buy again
Used for a recipe with some other expensive ingredients. It didn’t hold and tasted really gross. Sorry to say it was a waste of money!

Better than nothing
I've been trying to find a sugar free pudding that doesn't have maltitol (that stuff is WORSE than sugar!!). Anyway, I got a couple of boxes of this and it is ok,. I'm not a great fan of the flavor, so I will keep searching.

First tme way too runny. Upset tummy. Second time much less Al one. Ilk. Left a nasty sweetener taste in mouth. Overall yuck. Yet I had it before and it was ok

Stevia sweetened. No bad sweeteners. After trying all flavours I find the vanilla to be the best. Banana and butterscotch are similar in flavour. I use them both. The strawberry is surprisingly good Chocolate is very deeet. I think I will keep one on hand. All flavours can be thinned out in intensity by adding an extra 1/4 cup of milk or water. If too thin then add powdered milk a tablespoon at a time

I write this as I'm eating it for the first time. I just made the vanilla one. I was hoping that this would be more like the smooth, thick consistency and the rich, not-too-sweet flavour of regular pudding, but this is definitely a little different. Not as smooth or rich, but more fluffy, and has a stevia type almost-too-sweet flavour. In a dietary crunch, or as a layer in a recipe, it would suffice, or as a substitute for a child with a severe dietary restriction. But to just sit down and enjoy a bowl of pudding? Not so much. (That was my first impression. By the time I had finished the bowl, it was growing on me a little.)

As a diabetic who likes baking and desserts, this is a game-changer. I make fantastic fuff creams filled with this, danishes, eclairs... It really turns no to yes :)
