I loved this set. The banner & cupcake sticks were made of really nice felt. I have bought alot of birthday decorations for my kids, and this was the nicest. The balloons didn't pop when blown up, the symbols don't rub off. The only negative was the strong smell of the balloons- my whole family could smell them so it wasn't just me. So I just aired them out by turning the ceiling fan on.

I didn’t use everything in the package, but the banner is on ribbon which was fraying in the middle and the ribbon is SO SO SO long, (unnecessarily so)- it took a bit to get the letters in the right spot- they didn’t slide as easy over the frayed part, but overall does the trick.The “Happy Birthday” cake decoration had little round stickies you peel off to attach the stick to the back of the sign. One side popped off a few times but made it through the cake singing!

I was very impressed with the quality and amount for the price. The banner & cake/cupcake toppers were made of felt. You have more than enough to decorate. Minimal assembly required with the cake toppers but directions were provided. I would definitely buy again.

I gave it 3 stars because is not the best I thought the happy birthday cake topper was plastic but is like a soft sign idk I haven't try it yet I bought this kit because my little sis bday is next month and we are quarantine so I want to do something nice for her and she loves Harry potter, the balloons stink a lot like gasoline I think but I got rid of the smell some of it atleast I put them on a pan spread them out and spray them with vinegar water left them covered over night than dry with paper towel it worked u can still smell it but only if u actually put it close to ur nose other than that everything else is cool hope this works for anyone else.

We got this for my daughter’s birthday, and she definitely loved the banners with the HP cutouts, and the designs on the balloons, and cupcake toppers. One thing that is hard to get over, though, is the SMELL of the balloons. And it doesn’t go away. Usually she likes to leave balloons up for weeks after a party, but we ended up popping them the next day because the smell hadn’t dissipated, but had permeated the whole house. And it didn’t wash off my hands after blowing them up for a few days, too.

The banner and cake/cupcake toppers are a stiff felt material and cutouts are a posterboard paper quality. However, the balloons have a very strong chemical smell and the burgundy balloon is pink.Will be returning this because of the pink balloons.

These were great for sons Harry Potter birthday party! He was so surprised by how many pieces we had, and the great quality. Banner was awesome. And the cupcake toppers were great, even if I did have to put them together. Easy enough :)

DO NOT PURCHASE! Paid a ton to have these baloons blown up and 4 hrs later they were all on the floor. So by the time it was time to celebrate my daughters birthday they were pointless. Waste of money.
