I got this a couple weeks ago and recently started using it. It is easy to set up and clean. Easy to set up the automatic food being dispersed. I set it up with dispersing four times a day. The individual servings are small so i found four- five servings at each auto dispense works best (for my four cats). The four servings is about 1/2 cup of dry food (which they don't tell you in the instructions). But it's also easy to manually disperse more food with the push of a button (literally). It stores/holds an entire 5-pound bag of the food I use for my cats. All cats took to it instantly. Its larger then I would normally get, but slightly smaller then other ones on the market. And because it holds so much food Its totally worth the size. It has a clean look and is super convenient. The bowl sits low and wide with a protection for food to not fall out. It is easily accessible for multiple cats to eat out of at a time. I am really happy with this product. As are my cats.

I was skeptical, based on others reviews, but it's perfect. Feeds on time, instructions are easy, and is reliable. The recording is really quiet, but the sound of the food coming out alerts my cat right away anyway. Each portion is a little less than 1/8 cup and you can program is to feed many portions per meal and you can program up to 4 meals a day. Totally cat-proof, and my cat tried very hard to get in to it and get food from below to no avail. You can take the whole thing apart to clean and sanitize. The only thing I couldn't figure out right away was that to change the servings per meal, you have to hot the serving button while in the mode for changing scheduled times and you can customize the amount of servings for each of the meals. I bought this before a long vacation to make sure it will work, and after a week, it's been a dream.

Nifty little food dispenser. It does what it says it should, and my cats have more or less stopped bothering me in the morning for food now that they have realized that the machine feeds them. I have not had any issues with my cats trying to get into the food hatch (either that - or the machine is sturdy enough to not show any evidence of attempted food burglary). Programming is fairly intuitive and you can set up to 4 separate meals per day, with the portion adjustable for each meal.The quality control on the units is somewhat inconsistent, but customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with the second unit that was delivered but the company was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem with me via email - very responsive. The motor is a bit on the louder side but now that I and the cats are used to it, it's just another familiar sound (much like our loud A/C unit that turns on and off throughout the day).

This thing is nearly flawless. The people complaining about the old fashioned controls are tripping. It's a very simple device, and it does what it does extremely well. My only (extremely minor) complaint is, it measures the food in grams. It should clearly be a volume measurement, not an approximated weight measurement. But I digress. It makes feeding my cat simple, and keeps her portion sizes consistent, which is what really matters.

I bought my first pet feeder 6 or 7 years ago. I've gone through several different models. This is easily the best one I've owned. Programming this was very easy, I didn't use the instructions because it was so intuitive. Most feeders will have at least a little bit of weirdness when it comes to programming but not this one.It seems to have a bit bigger than average storage size. I've only had to refill it once so far. I felt like it should be getting empty soon and when I checked it was still about 1/2 full. I guess all that really means is it's bigger than the last one I had because I don't have to refill it as often as I'm used to.I think all feeders are prone to being tipped over, some will have better balance than others. This feeder seems to have a really balance and I have no worry it will get tipped over. I found if you put the feeder in a corner rather than up against a flat wall it helps a good deal even if you use a feeder with poor balance.I have never had a feeder that stops my cats from reaching a paw in there and knocking some kibbles down inbetween meals. This one is no different. Probably the only negative thing I can think to say about this feeder although I will reiterate this has been the case with every single feeder I've owned.

I’ve had this feeder for 2 weeks and so far I’m very satisfied with it. I have 2 cats and needed a solution for my older cat overeating and vomiting once the kitten came home. It’s very easy to program, the tray is large enough for both cats to eat at the same time, and the button for the storage container prevents my cats from accessing the food from the top. It’s also sturdy enough that it doesn’t get knocked over when they try to stand on it. I was skeptical about the price because the deal seemed to good to be true, but so far the feeder is performing perfectly!

The dispenser was working great when I first put it out for "the girls." I was feeding three times a day. About a month after purchasing and using the feeder it started to dispense more food than what I had programmed it to do. It is now giving about three times the amount of food at each serving. To make matters worse, bugs have been attracted to all the food that is left over, and have started to make their way into the food storage area. I can no longer use this thing! Absolutes waste of money!

I purchase this feeder for my cat and I am very impressed with it. Easy to assemble and program. I have it set 3x a day and 1/4 a cup for each meal. The serving sizes have a wide variety of ranges and can be customized to fit your pets needs. I like the large capacity and the ability to see how much food is left inside the food reservoir without opening it up. The food tray and the food hopper is detachable for cleaning which is very convenience. The unit is heavy enough to prevent my cat from knocking it over. The lid clips shut so that even if it were toppled, no food would come out. Well worth the investment.
