Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) 99% Pure 2 lb bags

TSP was once used extensively in detergents and is very effective at boosting cleaning, because when added to water, it creates a very strong alkaline which is great at removing stains and degreasing. However, widespread use and runoff into lakes and rivers created environmental problems called eutrophication, so it was discontinued on large-scale use. (And yes, I had to look eutrophication up, but I had heard the description before, just forgot the fancy name they gave the problem).I bought this to use as a mouth rinse. Look up "Regenerate your teeth" on YouTube and decide if it you want to try it. Not to be taken internally. For what it is worth, I'll bet this is safer than the chemicals in the mouthwash purchased at your local big box retailer...As far as a review on the product itself, I'm very pleased. I got a good quantity for a good price, and it was double wrapped in thick plastic bags. For my use, I could have purchased a much smaller quantity, but then again, if it works for me, I'll be using it forever, and recommending it to my friends. I actually made a half-recipe for smaller quantity to start using.And, after looking it up on Wikipedia, I'll be looking at other uses I can find for it around the house.Very happy with my purchase, would absolutely buy from this seller again.

This is the magic ingredient legislation removed from household dishwasher detergent a few years back, resulting in a nation of scummy gummy dishes for everyone. The solution is to add the missing ingredient back in, wash by hand OR you can save the scummy gummy dishes, and let treehuggers eat off them ;)This stuff also works great for washing painted walls before repainting. It is the go-to product for cigarette, greasy dirt & cooking films. It does need rinsed before painting. A tiny bit added to plain soapy water gives a big kick in cleaning power. I only use it sparingly which makes it quite thrifty on a per-use basis, compared to the cleaning power it adds.

This works perfect and the price was much better than my previous purchase.
