USE INSTRUCTIONS: Lay the side of the pad with the spiked tongs into the carpet, leaving the white felt facing upwards. Place the rug on top of the smooth white felt. Tongs will grasp into the rug and limit the rug from shifting on top of the carpet. SIZE: 5 Ft x 3 Ft (60" x 36"). Designed to be used with a MEDIUM area rug (5'x3' & Larger).
