Wow! Uridine+Alpha GPC has absolutely changed my mind about supplements! All my research indicated I'd see full results in six weeks, but after a single week I'd already noticed a drastic difference in my quality of sleep. So i trust and enjoy this company.One more thing When you take this URIDINE you want to aid it with a B9 and B12 suppment because it will use up those vitamins and you dont want defiancy.I used thorne brand. This supplement has an effect, however I found the effect not enjoyable.Its important that I say this is not a knock on the supplier they produced a good supplement, I enjoy a lot of their productsThe supplement made me feel a bit out of it. I took it with a choline and DHA, for the rest of the day I was really calm but i also didn't want to do anything. I didn't feel like myself until later tonight.Also a side note, somehow I missed the reports on this supplements side effect of blood sugar insulin resistance. Im already fighting with blood sugar insulin resistance so even if I wanted to give the supplement a longer try I don't think it would be a good idea for me.Im very happy that this supplement helps a lot of people, I truly think that's wonderful. As for me I won't continue taking it.Again this is what happen to me, however, whoever is reading this you may have a much better experience and I hope you do

I purchased this product, Double Wood Supplements Uridine in conjunction with Double Woods Alpha-GPC and have found the combination to work very well. This was my second order of both products and I have been pleased with the improvements I have seen with my memory and cognitive functioning even during a time of tremendous stress in my life. It is nice to find two products by the same company designed to work together. I can only afford to take one of each in the morning so can't speak to the effects of taking 2 each/day. I would be grateful if they could find a way to make the capsule of one a different tint than the other so I don't accidently mix them up and take two of one and none of the other when sorting them into dosages each week and I don't understand why there are 60 capsules of Alpha-GPC and only 50 of Uridine. I haven't found anyinstruction to do 10 days on Apha-GPC without the Uridine or only every other day without the Uridine for 10 days. If anyone knows about this, please let me know. I have been planning to contact the company but just haven't had time. Otherwise, so far so good. These appear to be quality products and I would definitely recommend them both.
