The new and improved "Lean For Life" weight loss/weight maintenance program.
This is the latest version of Lindora's "Lean For Life" weight loss and wight maintenance program. Like Atkins, "Lean For Life" is a ketogenic program but it has greater built-in flexibility and does allow you to eat a greater variety of foods (including non-starchy vegetables and lower-carb fruits) thus ensuring that you won't get bored with the food choices if you tend to want greater variety and more choices. The program does work but you should follow it as closely as possible to the letter and for long-term success it is absolutely essential to do the "metabolic adjustment" and "lifetime maintenance" phases correctly and to devote as much care and dedication to them as you would to the "weight loss" phase of the program. Dr. Reginald Allouche provides excellent information about obesity as well as great insight about how bad or unhealthy eating habits (especially when coupled with stress and tension and using food as a "tranquilizer" or stress-coping mechanism) can lead to obesity and keep us stuck in a rut there. Of course, you must be committed to losing weight and keeping it off but this program definitely will work for you if you are committed to following it and doing it correctly.

Lost 30 pounds - in about 2 months.
Awesome book!! Lost 30 pounds by using this method and working out. It's long and sometimes boring to read but if you skip to the important let's with the diet and portions it's great.I really recommend to do this diet. It is changed completely the way I eat and think of food. I lost the weight I didn't get it back. Give it a try. But again you NEED to work out. Nothing crazy but some cardio and weights excercise will do. The diet alone will make you lose weight but not keep it off.

Great program!!!
I have completed this book/ program and have had a great success of a 40lbs weightloss. By reading and following the program to a T.So areas of the program seam a little cheesy but dont let that fool you. This is a program written and aproved by doctors and I am living proof that it works.I do have to warn that this program is not for the faint of heart. You will get hungry and have cravings at times but the book teaches you how to work through it and overcome your battles.I promise, this book is a helpful tool but only YOU can decide if you will succeed.These are my before and after picture of only using this program. I have 40 more lbs to go and I will use it again starting next week... read the book and you will know why 😊

It worked for us!
My husband and I completed the rapid weight loss phase and lost 10 and 13 pounds in one round. We are not morbidly obese and lost 20 pounds each last year using the nutrimost diet. I was struggling to lose the last 10 pounds. We are now entering the maintenance phase and I will update the review in a few months. We ordered some products from the lindora website to go with the diet. I definitely recommend. You have nothing to lose but some excess pounds.

You can lose that weight!
This book is an eye opener, and very good information on how we got overweight! You can do a little, or follow the plan and start loosing weight! Downloaded it at first, that's because it's always with me, then ordered the hard copy! This way, I can refer back easier, and also highlight areas that are very important! I have lost 32 lbs, since I purchased this book! (2 months) ! It is doable!

Excellent for book reading.
I haven't read as much as I wanted to, but I will read more and hopefully be able to use it. It is a very good to have something to motivate you. I know I need to be healthier and this will be good way to do it.

IF you follow this plan you WILL lose weight!
I like that this program works! Yes, it's restricted in what you can eat, but I feel sooooo good after 17 days; I have lost 8 pounds! That's so great in my books considering I only plan on losing 25 pounds.It motivates me to move more; have cut out sugar and wheat which has been so amazing!

It works!!
I ordered this book because my cousin in USA had done this diet and lost 10 kgs in two months and kept the weight ever since. I did it and lost 7 kgs in two months. The book its easy to read and follow, it is important to keep record of what you eat daily, count your carbohydrates and recommends lots of walking.
