Long lasting
Our daughter is a competitive gymnast who was experiencing knee pain. Her physical therapist suggested we use this tape. We were very impressed that we could put the tape on her leg on Monday and it would last all week without having to be replaced.

Good quality with a lite feel

Not water proof, but good
I have sensitive skin and it takes about 8 hours before blisters start to form.Waterproof? Nope. The moment it becomes wet It peels up from the skin. I got this because I needed waterproof tape on my hands for work but this comes off in the first 10 minutes of my shift.That being said, it does stabilize ny major joints very easily.
