I brought this for my 9 year old who loves face paint and SFX. This book is going to be ideal, with clear step by step images and some really cool ideas I just know it's going to be well used.

Bought for a friend's 12 year old daughter who loves special effects - she loves it and has read it cover to cover to I'd call that a ht.

I bought this as a reference manual to help with ideas (alongside various other books in my collection), it is a perfect addition to a working library for artists both new and established with step by step images that take you through concepts and offers up a good overview of their techniques and some really interesting ideas to replicate. I will be adding more from this series and this will be bought again as a gift for a family member studying at the moment.

Aunque utilizan productos que quizás es difícil después de conseguir por cauces normales, al investigar bien, es todo accesible. Las técnicas que explican dan muy buenos resultados. Lo mejor es que están explicadas paso a paso, detalladas con fotos y es fácil seguir los procesos. Definitivamente es un libro para profesionales, barato pero de calidad didáctica.

Bought this as a gift for my aspiring SFX Artist and she was so inspired by it she is practicing more and trying everything the book contains.
