My sister attempted to use this device and found that it did not have an effective fit or seal. Urine simply spilled out the sides.

the tie straps are to short. had to attach an extension on the straps.
The unit works ok once I made some adjustments. The collection bag needs to be larger. Also, the vent on the cup needs to be kept closed or the urine will back up.

Probably not the best for those with some dimentia and/or able to go to the BR
Did not work as expected, but my mother is used to going to the bathroom. Probably good for those that sleep in a still position and are not getting up and down to the bathroom. I only used it once as my mother got up and took it off. It did however have a good amount of urine collected in the receptacle.
