This is a little dated in context but his points and tips still apply. This is a hilariously entertaining and cute book. It is very short and an easy read. It starts at page 100 something bc he says that bools are always good in the middle . Clever. I love Paul reiser and mad about you was the best show (hey it gave us Friends so it has to be great right?!) Highly recommend .

A feel good, laugh out loud book. For most of us who have ever been in a long term relationship, Mr. Reisner has put in writing what most of us think about in the process of coupling, and presents these moments in a humorous way. Although some of the scenarios are a bit dated now, they still are very funny and the messages of coping while coupling still ring true.

Paul Reiser has a sweet gentle humor that reflects the interactions of couples. Often from each other’s perspective. Forgiving and loving. Never offensive giving you pause to hope that you would react the same way.

It was a great funny read. Loved the data. Honest look at couplehood. Hilarious at times.

Like all of Paul’s work, I thought this book was excellent. In fact, I think it is the funniest book I’ve ever read. If you liked Mad About You, you’ll really enjoy this book!

Good book. it is written very much like the show Mad About You. Relatable, insightful. Funny commentary for married life.

I expected more laughs. But I realize this book was written years ago when some of this stuff was way funnier. Overall, a good read.

Lighthearted commentary on married life. If you watched him on TV you can pretty much "hear" his voice in your head as you read. Plenty to laugh about and a lot that will hit home if you've ever been married or in a close relationship!

Paul Reiser has always been a man with a very insightful mind. His takes on engagement are nothing short of great with the right amount of funny. Every chapter takes you on a 'oh, that`s really true` trip through the normal experiences of every couple. Even after 20 years from writing, it is still so up-to-date. Couples nowadays have many more distractions such as mobile phones and social networking to make their lives miserable, but the picks of this book can be easily translated to 21st century life.Really enjoyable!

I've just started reading this book (as it came on the post today) and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I absolutely love Paul Reiser and this book is in no way a disappointment.
