Bose SoundTrue Headphones Around-Ear Style, White (Wired) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I am a college student who loves to listen to her music, and who really likes high quality sound. Though the Bose SoundTrue Headphones are very expensive, they were a very good investment. I will be using them for many years to come. The sound quality is very good--much better than what I had hoped. I went from using a cheap $15 pair of headphones to the Bose SoundTrue Headphones, and there really is a world of difference. From listening to Josh Groban songs to Fall Out Boy or pop music, it always sounds like I am right in the recording studio where they are recording the song--that's how good the headphones are. It's like having superior surround sound speakers right over your ears.The headphones fit comfortably over my ears--the only time that they are slightly uncomfortable is when I am wearing big earrings--the headphone's slight pressure on my ears makes my earrings poke into my skin, but that problem is easily remedied. The headphones are very lightweight, and they don't make your head hurt even after hours of wearing them. The only other thing that I would say is to make sure you push the headphone jack all the way into your headphones--push until you hear it click, because if you don't hear it click, the sound will only go to one side of your headphones. It works perfectly when the jack is pushed in properly, and I have never had any problems with it disconnecting or falling out if it's tugged on--it is very secure.These headphones were a very good investment for me--I use them every single day, and the use I'm getting out of them more than compensates for the price that they cost. If you want excellent sound quality combined with stylish looking headphones, I would definitely recommend the Bose SoundTrue Headphones to you. They are comfortable, stylish and they have a superior sound quality.

Ok, I am not 100% sure that these are the new version of what I have now but I'm nearly certain they are. They look identical except for the cord. Mine are 5 years old, going on 6, so the cord seems to differ. Mine has a interlocking shape on the headphone side so it can't spin. And no mic or volume/play/pause control. BUT, sound quality and comfort are the front runners of these in my opinion. I am a singer/songwriter/producer and DJ. All of which I have been most active in within the last 6 years. I was in the market for some good headphones to monitor my audio with in the off chance I couldn't turn up my studio monitors. These were probably not the best bang for my buck at $150 range. But so unbelievably comfortable. OMG. I have worn these headphone in excess of 8 hours at a time on more than one occasion and can honestly I doubt there is a headphone on the market today that can beat the comfort of these. If indeed the model I am reviewing is what I have now. I did, by the way, order a pair of these 3 days ago with hopes that this is the same pair I bought before with some minor updates and colors. I will update my review upon receipt of them. Moving on, the sound quality is as others have said, it's pretty flat. Not the best for monitoring if you are a producer/engineer. As a home recording artist and DJ these are the sh*t. For monitoring.... just ok. I almost always have to change my mixes after mixing using just these headphones. Sound totally different on my Yama ha monitors. But again, if you are a DJ or recording artist who just wants something comfortable and good to listen to while you are recording/performing, then these are the business. Obviously. I am buying another pair. Granted I got a black Friday deal for $75. But I feel they are worth the $150 I paid for the first pair. My brother has is also a DJ and has a few sets of his own headphones but insists on using my Bose whenever he has the opportunity. I just bought him a pair of Shure DJ headphones last Xmas and he said they aren't nearly as good for DJing. He lives the around the ear style as much as I do. And they aren't bulky. Super light weight. Comfort like I've never felt and not over bassy. As a producer/engineer I appreciate accurate sound. Tho these are no match for a studio monitor, and I have yet to find a pair of headphones that are, they are not exaggerated on any level. Well I feel I'm rambling, but I want to comment on the durability. I just now noticed after more than 5 years of heavy use that the outer layer of the ear cushion is coming off. Never seen it on me or anywhere else, but I notice it's wearing off a little bit. Other than that, no issues whatsoever. Cords fine. Comforts the same as its always been. Sounds the same as always. If I had known that I was going to feel the way I do about these I would have paid over $200 for them. Well worth it in my opinion.

I bought the Bose SoundTrue Headphones Around Ear Style in white as a gift for my college age son. He absolutely loves them! You just can’t beat Bose for sound quality and noise cancellation. He previously owned several other head phone sets, but these are now the only ones he will use. He not only uses them for gaming and music, but he also takes them to the gym. They are fantastic all around!WHAT IS IN THE BOX: One set of foldable headphones with a carry case.WHAT I LIKE: These look attractive and produce amazing sound!They are light weight and comfortable to wear. We have exceptionally large heads in my family and many products designed to wear on the head can become quickly uncomfortable. My son has never had a single issues with these headphones. They stay comfortable even after hours of wearing them.They fold for easy storage and transportation. The carrying case protects them when not in use.I prefer wired because I have read about some controversy pertaining to blue tooth signals possibly causing tumors when Bluetooth devices are near the head too often. I prefer to wait until the science on this is clear before exposing my kids.The noise cancellation is apparently pretty good because he completely ignores me when he is wearing them.WHAT I DON’T LIKE: We love absolutely everything about these.I purchased the SoundTrue Headphones Around Ear Style by Bose at full price and have reviewed it of my own accord. This is a great product and I highly recommend these headphones!

One of the best sets of headphones I have ever bought. Super comfortable and has a great sound. We use them hooked up to the TV when we exercise as well as just hooked up to our phones for videos. Very light weight and easy to clean when we sweat. Fits all of our head sizes and we have never had issues with them falling off, or needing to take them off for comfort.I would recommend these over all of the headphone I own for someone looking for a great listening experience as well as comfort for long listening periods.

Los llevo usando un rato, no te cansa como otros audífonos al estar usándolos por mucho tiempo, se siente de buena calidad los materiales y me encanta que traigan su estuche para llevarlos 100% recomendable.

Respecto precio-calidad es muy bueno, lo que me encanta es la nitidez de sonido que ofrece, ojo no son unos audífonos con súper bajos, se podría decir que es la linea básica de Bose, pero no dejan de ser finos y de muy buena calidad, si te quieres dar el lujo y que te duren mucho tiempo es lo de ideal para ti.

me gustó la manera en la cual maneja los medios y los agudos, si esperas una experiencia con un bajo extremo este no es tu producto.A pesar de ser un producto caro vale la pena por su diseño y su comodidad, en serio, son muy cómodos y livianos.

I have read some neutral/negative comment on this product before i bought the item; but BOSE has delivered an excellent sound clarity and sharpness when it comes their business. They know what they're selling for sure. This is my second Bose head set (first one i gifted), and again the result is the same. Excellent!Just forget the brand name/image of Bose for few minutes and listen to your favourite song in these, it'd definitely give you an amazing revaluation of the song all together in to new heights.Only neutral point was that i bought the Mint color, but it turned out to be much cooler than i anticipated. So no negative points. Thumbs up!Overall - if you ask me, i'd say go for it since it value for money.
