Beautiful item-just as pictured
This is a lovely deep royal blue just as pictured but it is not a US sz 4x. Maybe a 2x but I had anticipated this and had ordered larger than needed. It is also not an over coat as it is unlined more for use as a fashionable duster. I am satisfied overall, especially for the price
