It is liquid form so you can just drink out of it or mix with hot water and some honey and drink like tea.This product has strong red ginseng flavor which I prefer than mild or sweet version. I got this option because I don’t like my tea too sweet. Also I want to adjust the level of sweetness on my own.Great for recovery or restlessness.
