Magic Collection Colorffect Hair Color Wax (Black)

Colored my hair for years for my clown but this paired with some uv contacts took it to the next lvl

I ordered this product in black and white for my Cruella Halloween costume. I applied it to dry hair and it went a long way (I have shorter hair and it barely made a dent in the container to cover my hair). One thing I will say is the white looks better in indoor light. Outdoors, my dark hair came through the white, but the effect was definitely still there. Dries very stiff - some problems with dried product rubbing off on hands/clothing, but for my one night costume, it definitely did it’s job well.Extra bonus is it didn’t stain my hands at all (barely even needed soap to get it off) and washing it out of my hair that evening was a breeze! I’d love to buy this in more colors!

Someone took a candid of me while I had this in my hair but that was after about a week and I kept my hair in braids the whole time. It’s effective as a tint I’d say for darker hair not so much a full on semi permanent dye. I only tried the green when I try the blue I’ll try to take some pics. However for the price point and the effect I think it’s worth it, and cute. I only used about 1/3 or less of the jar so I’ll be using again.Disclaimer for anyone with natural kinky hair, it is very heavy and almost listens your curl pattern. I washed and braided my hair, let it dry then applied it and let it dry/set. When I went to braid my hair down it felt like braiding my hair when it’s damp even though it was dry, just how thick the product is but it’s wax so that’s a given.Also it did bleed onto the jacket I had in in this picture… don’t know how. Still trying to figure out how to get it off.Overall great product.

This is definitely magenta pink. I wanted red lol

My daughter wanted to dress up like Nezuko for Halloween and since she has this beautiful long hair we opted for this hair wax instead of a wig. Big mistake!It was almost impossible to apply the wax. It's for sure not for long hair!She's dark blond and it would not cover or dye very well. You can also forgot to comb hair with this stuff in it, no brush or comb would go through it. It however stained her clothing right away when I removed the towel from her shoulders. It was horrible!She was late for school and crying, and I was stressed out, so we decided to simply wash the mess out. Thank goodness the water ran clean after only three washes.This alone would have been more than enough, but it ended there. When I looked at the floor, where I tried to brush her hair, I found tons of little black dots. She left a trail of little black dots on the floor from there to the bathroom. We didn't even try to brush or comb her hair in the bathroom, but still the stuff was everywhere! So if you don't want to be deep cleaning your house don't use this hair wax.There should be a warning on this product that it's not for long hair, especially not if you want to dye bigger areas. It literally felt like trying to brush gum out of her hair. She was too upset for me to even think about taking a picture of how bad this wax was in her hair, but I took a closeup of some of the black dots I found on the bathroom floor where she undressed so we could wash the stuff out. The floor was much worse where we tried to comb her hair.I absolutely can not recommend this hair wax for anyone.

i am the harshest critic i know i dont give above 3 stars. my son is 6 his hair is long and flows to his butt. he gets mistaken as a girl all the time because of his hair length. my son wanted his hair to be blue instead of cutting it to change to other peoples standards, so i got him this. HE LOVES HIS HAIR i am amazed i actually cried. he gets so hurt and sensitive about his hair and the style. with this product he feels great about himself and says everyone ELSE will be jealous. you have a customer for life i will buy every color. the are bright and vibrant took less than 3 minutes to change my baby's opinion of himself. thank you so much

Bought this to make my son look like Bart Simpson. He has dirty blond to light brown hair. This was stiff, hard to apply, and worst of all the final product looked much more green then yellow. For a one day costume it was meh but definitely disappointed in the color.

I LOVE this stuff! I put it on pretty thick and it takes about 20 min to dry, but when it does it is perfect! I can even lightly comb it once in my hair. It comes off really easy and I imagine it will bleed if longer hair is pressed up against shirts and pillows, but for the most part it is not going anywhere. I have even used a wet washcloth to remove it instead of washing my hair entirely. I plan to purchase multiple colors. Definitely recommend for a little fun in your daily routine.
