STRYK Burst Beginner Field Hockey Stick Package

Bought this set for my 7-year old-who is in her second year of field hockey. The stick is great. The shin guards are great. But after 4 trips to the field (in a car), the stick bag is already falling apart. The only thing we put in it besides the stick is a mouthguard, in the side mesh pocket. Seeing what other bags cost, though, I'm ok with it. We'll upgrade next year!

The equipment was just perfect for what we needed. My eight year old was trying field hockey out for the first time. The only negative was the shin guards. They were to uncomfortable. Hard and rigid. So my daughter refused to wear them. Other than that it’s a great starter package.

We bought this for our granddaughter who went to a field hockey "camp" all we needed to get separately was the mouth guard. The shin guards are okay, but if we do this again we will get stronger ones. But it did the job!

I ordered a 24" stick (the smallest size) for my 4 year old niece. The stick and ball are great. She loves the pink stick and rainbow colored ball. The bag is huge however, guess it was just 1 size fits all. Figured maybe ordering the smallest stick would get a smaller bag and smaller shin guards. Maybe she can use them when shes in middle school, but for now they are way too big.

Great stick, held up well. The shin guards were WAY to big for my daughter though stick is measured based on her height. Small pocket for ball and mouthpiece so the essentials are all kept together.

Great field hockey package for my twin 8 year olds. My only caveat is that the bottom of the stick had chipped paint on the first day that went to the bare frame, although I assume that’s normal. Other than that this bundle is perfect. We love the carrying bag for easy storage & transportation. My newly 8 year olds got a size 32 and they are 44 inches tall for reference.

Everything was great! Shin guards split in half after one season but everything else was great!

One of the shin guards broke within 2 practices of use. The rest of the kit is OK and my daughter has no complaints. Just the shin guards. For other buyers - you may need to budget for a separate purchase of shin guards.
