if you care about the glass on your phone DO NOT buy this. total lie that there is a raises bezel or protective rim. the rim is flush or lower than your screen. i will be returning. kinda sucks cause the quality and feel of this case is nice but i wont lose my 1100.00 phone to a 27.00 case

The case seems to do exactly what I would expect it to do. The “On/Off” button is a matter of choice. It is essentially an external battery cradling the phone. Two items that resulting in my returning of the product were: 1) the flat face/no bezel on the side of the phone screen. My screen protector was taller than the sides of the case and 2) after taking to top off, to move/reposition the phone in the case, it broke right next to the camera area. It was too thin/poor material and it failed within a day. If you are not bothered by the flat face and will put it on and leave it on, this is a great buy for under $20. Otherwise, consider another choice.

I’ve been using this case and it seems to get the job done! a plus is that the top slides off to make removal and insertion easy. I hate cases that is hard to remove so this case wins for that feature.The case is lightweight and solid. I expected the case to be bulky and heavy and it’s totally opposite of that.The battery functions well, I can get a full extra charge from it and maybe half of another charge. A good feature is that you can charge it while your phone charges on the same lightning cable! No need to remove it and charge it separately which makes it convenient. Just plug the charger into the case and it will charge both the case and your phone.One thing I don’t like is that it is almost impossible to reach the ringer on/off switch due to the depth of the case, I always have to grab something to assist me in using this on off switch.Other than that it gets the job done!

I was very excited to receive my order. I have an Iphone XS max. I could use the extended battery life. I unboxed my case to find it does not fit properly on my phone at all. It is not able to sit all the way down in the case as it should and it is misaligned with the actual charging port. Be careful when ordering products. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Didn't make it 24 hours. Stopped charging within 18 hours. The case does not have a raised edge. If you drop your phone it will probably provide little to no protection. It is rather heavy, but is to be expected I guess. I wouldn't buy again to due the case not being raised over the screen. It is flush at best. Cannot speak on battery life, never got to use. Disappointed to say the least. Buying a different case from else where.

Top part of the case broke within two weeks. My phone won’t charge through the port in the case. So I have to take the case off every night and charge my phone and case separately. Not comparable with headphones. This was very much a get what you paid for item. Honestly a waste of my $15. I should have just went ahead and got a $30 charging case to begin with. Only bright side is that the case battery does hold a lot of power and charges my phone quickly through it.

I haven’t had this two weeks and the charger port has a shortage in it. It does not stay on long enough to charge my phone all the way. This is a waste of money. Update: got the replacement and it did the same exact thing. this item is crap!!!!
