If you mean one of those pet fountains, I would imagine you could. You can add the drops in the flow to circulate it through. There's no particles in the additive, so I would think nothing would get filtered out.

I have a water bowl with a tank that holds about a gallon of water. Would it be advisable to add this to the tank so I don't have to administer daily?
