I bought this book as a gift, I'm really happy with it.

Disappointing
I am French and I bought this book for an English friend. Although most of the expressions are actually used (as mentioned in the description), there are MANY mistakes in French in terms of spelling, accents and occasionally in the expressions themselves (e.g "j'en ai mal" instead of "j'en ai marre")which I am really disappointed about. This books needs editing!

I was a bit underwhelmed by the size of the book, I thought it would be much thicker with more content. However, the content that it does contain is utterly hilarious and it was a great gift idea.

My Mexican friend spending the next 3 years in French speaking Europe has been studying this book like it is the only communication tool he will need. Functional usage of words close enough that people will correct and teach instead of wonder and laugh about what you're trying to say.
