Mobile Coat + Elastoseal + Seam Tape for $92, Get all 3
I live in Florida in a small house with a tile roof. I recently had the roof pressure washed and the guy told me my roof vallies were looking very worn. Unfortunately for me, my wife heard that comment. Our neighbors had a recent kitchen remodeled that was severily damaged due to a leak in their roof valley and since we also had a kitchen remodel, that means I was up on the roof the next day. Sure enough, even though I know little about tile roofs, I could see the valleys had seen better days. So I hop on Amazon and search for 'elastomerics' which is what the pressure washing guy told me to get. I found the green can right away and was about to buy it before noticing they had a Primer, Tape and Paint combo available for $92. After reading the comment from guys that know much more about this than I do, I could tell it was important to use all 3 if I wanted it done right. The orange/yellowish can is the primer, it goes on pretty thick and drys gray. The green can is the paint (although it is thick too, about 1/2 as much as the primer). The paint dries white which matches my roof color.I applied the primer on the first day. I used a 4 inch brush and spread it pretty thick. You want the primer to get into the nooks and crannies of the vallies. Right after applying the primer I laid the 4 inch seam tape over the top and then applied a second coat over that. I did one valley at a time. My house only had 4 vallies and took about 45 feet of seam tape. One gallon of primer barely covered the 45 feet of my vallies, but again I did put it on thick. I then let everything dry for a couple of days and then applied the paint. The paint was easier to do than the primer and tape. I also used a gallon of the paint for the 45 feat of vallies. When applying the paint I made sure to cover any exposed tape on the sides of the vallies so no water could leak through.Once it dried it looks very water tight. I probably spent about 6 hours of labor and a hundred bucks. Since the roof vallies are usually the first place your roof will leak, I think I extended the life of my roof by many years.

Worked well, not as thick as I expected or wanted though.
Went on easily, I only wished it were a bit thicker. It's more like paint than I expected. However, no leaks so far after applied.

Easy to use.
Works great. Easy to use. Our roof is 11 years old and started to crack around the edges and show it's age sitting under pines so maintenance was needed. We used 2 gallons on a 38 ft camper with 4 brush coats on the edges etc. and 2 rolled on the rest.

damage to the package
This package arrived damaged inside the box. The paint can had exploded in the box. I don't know if the remaining paint is still good or not. I am not quite ready to use it on my project. I have notified you several times now and no one has gotten back to me.

It covered easily and is doing an amazing job
We bought this for our camper roof. It covered easily and is doing an amazing job. No leaks at all and it is actually keeping the camper cooler.

Better keep it dry...
Coated a roof two days before rain came in. Product says dry in 4-12 hours. About half of it washed right off. Made an amazing mess. it's been 3 days now and the roof looks awful. Even the product left in my paint tray is still soft. Might be good in the desert, not so much in the mountains.

Time will tell
I tried to write a review before I used the product, but I got scolded by the seller, and they requested that I use the product first. Well, I guess we'll find out how it holds up. It was a lot thinner than I thought it would be. I tried apply it as thick as I could, without making a mess. My trailer did not leak before. This was a preventative measure. My problem is with how the product arrived. The top was crushed. I had purchased a pour spout that fits over the entire can, since the instructions state that product be poured out, and spread with a roller. I used duct tape to fasten the spout to the can. There was some left over, but since the can was crushed, it couldn't be saved. For the record, I have a 15' trailer, and there was about 1 cup left.
