Go to Kohl's and find the Amazon return kiosk. No need to package the item other than original box from manufacturer. They will scan the code from your email, print a label with the return info and that's it!

Q: Does this product have a warranty?

I don’t think it does. It broke after a couple weeks. Sent an email to the company but never received a response.

Q: Can you run the trimmer under water to clean?

I'm not positive but I don't think you can. I use a small brush (old toothbrush) and clean it after each use. I also put a drop of oil from my husbands electric razor on the blades every couple weeks. You can kind of tell when it needs oil because I can hear it slowing down (on mine anyway). Not sure if i'm suppose to use oil but so far no problems. Been using it for about 7 months. Actually like it so much I bought another one a couple months ago that I haven't opened yet. Tried three other brands and this is by far the best.

Q: How is the guard length for men's eyebrows? i'd like to trim very little of the eyebrow.

I never tried it with the length guard. However, I don't recommend this product because it stopped working after just a few uses.
