Good product
I love that this clip isn't huge and bulky like most and it's easy to remove and attach. I was a little skeptical of the magnet approach, but it works pretty well. It gives you three magnets for your phone - one for inside your case, one that sticks to your case, and a round one. I used one magnet inside my case at first and it worked well, but shifted around when I hit bumpy or curvy roads. I put the two rectangular ones in my case (I have a very slim case on my iPhone 6 and they just barely fit in after some pushing) and that seems to give the phone more stability when on the mount. I'd recommend it! Especially for the price. The phone does get cold with the ac blasting though. We'll see how it handles the heat in the winter.

I use this Car Mount everyday for months and I just love it. I had to place a magnetic plate on my phone but I didn't mind considering the convenience to mount. I have not have had any problems with the magnet holding my Droid phone. I just unplug from charger and remove my phone without the hassle of clamps. Love it. I may have to get a new one as the clip that goes onto the air slot is starting to wear.

But overall it is good.
Didn't want to attach anything stucky to my car so I opted for a magnet. The only problem is the star format of the piece rather goes into the vent doesn't quite fit my vent so my phone is crooked.. I could move it up higher to avoid this problem, but then my power cord won't reach. But overall it is good.

I have a friend who swears by this. So I got one. It didn’t sit in my vent well and my phone slides off. Rubber on back broke and now the metal is sticking out

Perfect simple mount
I was skeptical that the magnet would be too strong and the mount would come off of the vent with my phone, but that has only happened twice since I got it about 2 weeks ago. I love it!
