I bought this car air mattress recently for a long road trip I just got home from. It is easy to set up and INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE. It comes with a neck pillow, two additional pillows, ear plugs, and an eye mask (along with other accessories). I ended up actually bringing it inside to accommodate extra sleepers in the airbnb. Using this product in the car and on the floor was incredibly comfortable. It holds air well, and if it had any issues, it comes with glue and patches. 100% recommend every time. Worth every penny.

DO NOT BUY!
We bought this for my husband to put in the back of our Dodge Diesel and it took forever to inflate, on the first night it lost all of its air! We returned immediately! Do not buy. Not worth the money. We ended up going to lowes and getting a bunch of 2 x 4's. My husband cut them and made "boxes" for each floor board and we bought one heavy duty plywood sheet for the actual bed part. We then went to walmart and bought a 3" thick memory foam Queen sized and cut in half. We wrapped it up in a fitted sheet and made our own bed we no longer have to worry about it deflating and he is comfortable every night he has to sleep on it.
