Not the most comfortable to grab
I should have gotten a massage tool with a smooth side. This one has a bump in every direction, so it's a little hard to grab and press without something digging into the palm of your hand. However, it is good enough for light pressure and is definitely saving wear and tear on my fingers. I would buy something more T-shaped in the future.

That’s pretty much it. I bought it for my partner because I noticed he’d use pens and spoons to try and get deep into his hands or arms. He used this tool every day on himself to alleviate tension and such.

Genial bei Rückenschmerzen
Ich hatte starke Rückenschmerzen. Zuerst dachten wir dass ich Bandscheibenvorfall hätte, dann stellte sich heraus dass die Muskel einfach am Rücken verspannt waren und diese müssen mit einem Druck oder Wärme mit Massage behandelt werden. Beim Physiotherapeut gab Termine erst in 2 Wochen. Da hat man uns dieses Holzstück empfohlen zu kaufen. Ich hatte in 2 Tagen mein Rückenschmerzen weg. Die Anleitung wie man es nutzt gibt es bei YouTube. Sportler machen es wenn sie die Muskel überbelastet haben und die verspannt sind. Es muss aber jemand anderes dir die Punkte bearbeiten. Selbst geht nur vorn.Es war eine gute sehr kleine aber extrem effektive Investition.

sehr Hilfreich, wenn man eine Anleitung für den Umgang hatte....
Mein Therapeut hat sowas benutzt, und das war war erstaunlich hilfreich, habe mir deshalb auch sowas gekauft um im Bedarfsfall selbst eine vorbehandlung der Triggerpunkte an den Muskelknoten vornehmen zu können. zuvor hatte ich den Stiel von Omas Stopfpilz dazu verwendet...

Strumento solido e abbastanza comodo
Come detto nel titolo questo strumento in legno si presenta molto solido e grazie alle varie punte è possibile utilizzare diversi modi di pressione in base alla necessità.Unica pecca è che avendo le mani molto grandi mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare almeno un paio di dimensioni per adeguarsi meglio ma anche questa dimensione unica va più che bene.Utilizzato per togliere le contratture e devo ammettere che è fenomenale, permette di non sfinire i pollici, riuscire a premere con intensità e senza fare male e grazie al materiale scivola facilmente sulla pelle oliata.Prodotto consigliato.
