I use this to make my own mosquito repellent. It has worked well for me. However not as well for my husband who, unfortunately, is a mosquito magnet and not even the commercially prepared repellents protect him. When the mosquitoes see him coming they send out party invitations. However I would consider myself average when it comes to attracting biting insects and I am very happy with this brand of oil of lemon eucalyptus.

I purchased this to make mosquito spray I could put on my person. Seriously dilute with water! I added some Rosemary essential oil and a little lavender I go on fast walks and like to go at dusk when the mosquitoes are really buzzing. This stuff has kept me from getting bitten. No ticks either. I have to use a lot of my homemade spray but no contact irritation or anything. Really works, this is the real stuff and I don't have to put cancer causing toxic chemicals on my skin in order to rid myself of those nasty pesky bugs.

It smelled as I desired but I don’t get to use as I’d like because it requires a separate dropper. I thought it would have a dropper insert in the top.

I bought this for use in a diffuser to keep yellow jackers from bombarding us on the deck. Did the job and saved many summer dinners outside.

Horbaach refused to supply testing reports for the essential oil upon my request. These reports are what consumers use to assure quality. The CS rep that I received a reply from used the excuse that these reports have information regarding their suppliers, which they do not wish to divulge. I asked again, and suggested removing the supplier information from the report, but was met with "this is something we do not do". If a company will not produce a GC/MS report (these people even advertise they have these reports) upon request, rest assured they're hiding something! If they will shroud their essential oil with a cloud of mystery, they'll do the same with all of their products. I won't purchase from this company again.
