It works and it looks good. It replaced a Grohe which was also plastic but costs $50 more. Installed in 30 seconds.

Good product
It is easy to put on and use. After our original one broke we went years before I realized we could buy one of these. Wish I had thought of looking sooner.

Fits great!
I was skeptical after reading some reviews but this fits perfect! It goes on and stays on and holds the showerhead just fine. It's definitely plastic so be careful with it but it's great!

Does not work! Material flimsy plastic.
This does not keep my hand held shower head in place. Seems my shower head is too heavy for this plastic part. In the middle of shower it falls. Cannot adjust so that it stays in place. Cheap plastic or maybe I just got a defective one. Was hoping it would work.

Flimsy and bulky
Bought it for replace broken Ikea shower head holder and it’s kinda work(ish) but compared to this even Ikea looks and feels like space craft and hold shower head more consistently.But this holder can play in all directions no matter how hard you tighten it.
