Don't buy. Broke before first batteries installed.
Junk! Broke just accessing the battery compartment. No written instructions. Even after removing both black end caps, I can't tell how they are supposed to work - no threads in the end caps and insufficient friction to hold them in place. Since the end caps won't stay in place, the light is inconsistent and no way is this waterproof. Don't waste your money.

you get what you pay for.
First off, when I started turning it on, it was not user friendly at all. It would go into the strobe mode and it was the switch to regular mode was very difficult. Very cheap material. I haven't even tested it under water, for what I bought it for.
