Very good, but a couple areas to improve
We have had our chair for about a year now. and since it was delivered before the pandemic and I've been working from home since mid March, its seen plenty of use. I would say that we have at least 300 hours in the chair, used almost daily by either my wife or myself. We are well pleased with it overall.Places that could be improved:Timer - is limited to 30 minutes. This would be great to go out to at least an hour. Fortunately, you can add minutes before it ends.Armrests - I'm right at 6 foot and really never use the arm cavities. Its just too hard to get my arms in place and comfortable. also, you can't operate the controls with your arms in place and removing them mid-cycle means likely not being able to get them back in.Feet - there is a heater in the back of the calf, but nothing for the actual feet. My feet inevitably wind up cold, which isn't fun. Also, it's hard to maintain contact with the massagers for the soles of the feet.I think it may have gotten louder (the air pump), but that's not surprising with the amount of use.Overall, well worth the price and is holding up well given our usage.

deciding between Costco & Amazon
when I decided to purchase a massage chair - I initially was planning to get the one from costco for over $2000. It only received 3.8 stars out of 5, and for that price I want the 5 stars. So I found this one for cheaper, $1,044.00. Overall it does what I want - massages my back. However, the chair is designed for a much smaller person. I'm 5'6" 165lbs, and I fit pretty snuggly in the chair, but the massage balls go a little higher - like my back needs to be longer. The air pressure is pretty aggressive. I'm unable to use the arm pressure (if you are unfamiliar, it's like compression sleeve) the press EXTREMELY tight, I put the instruction booklet in the arm slot and struggle to get it out with the pressure on. The calf air pressure is better but it occasionally gets a little too much. Good news is you can turn it off.Things I like - you can turn off/on the air pressure, you can turn on/off the heat, you can adjust the massage balls to a specific area, reclines pretty far.Don't like - the rollers don't line up quite right, and you have to manually go through each body part if you want it to be in the right spot, There are three types of massage, but you can only manually select 2 of them, the compression pressure is not adjustable.

A helpful review from my family
Before I buy this massage chair. I looking for different types of massage chairs for 3 months already.and double-check another 5 stars reviews carefully.i not sure all of the 5 stars reviews are fake or true. I hope my review can be helpful.in this couple of days. all my family members took a try on this massage chair. I gonna share my family truly using experience over here.1: this chair is not good enough if compare with the massage chair I tried in the mall. pay different prices to enjoy different experiences.2: I like the arms and legs airbag functions.it provides perfect air pressure. It is really helpful to me.3: this chair doesn't really help relieve the shoulder and neck.if I give spa massage count 5 stars. It only worth 1 star if compare with a local massage spa.4: work pretty well on the waist( voice from my dad he has low waist pain for a long time)5: don't count the speaker pretty much. my tv is better than it.6:chair function and control is not smart enough. if able to work with a cellphone it will be better I think.7:if your body height under 5ft3(chair too big) or above 6ft2(small)8:before you decide to buy a massage chair, better find a massage chair retail store and take a try on it.anyway, after considering discussion with my family members. We decided to keep this massage chair. my parent tries to save some money on massage spa.

Love this chair!
i bought this massage chair after using one in at my chiropractor's office. This chair isn't as nice as my doctor's, but I still love it and use it every night. I will say that I have to use a thin pillow behind my back, as the rollers are too intense for me. They are almost painful and not relaxing without the extra cushion in between. Another complaint is that the handbook that came with it, does not explain the different preset function codes. You have to try out everyone to see which you like the best. I wish it would have been more clear. Otherwise, I absolutely love my massage chair and everyone who has ever sat in it, says they need one too!!

For big and larger person not for small person.
1st this massage chair KNT is for big size person. For the average Asian is no good. The assembly is not bad but not easy either, the air hose needs a little oil to add at the connector to easy pushing in. The back and neck is to rough. I have to put a double towel not to hurt the back and neck (maybe I am not a heavy weight). The length for the palm of my hand is too short to have the complete the pressure massage of my hands. The hip width is too big to fit my hip, I do not feel anything. The but and feet massage is good. One worse thing is the manual for assembly fail direction to assembly.I am 5.7 feet weight 153 lbs.

Excellent quality and buy for the price!
Wifey always wanted a massage chair, but didn't think it was possible since many are $3-7k. Read the reviews on this and figured it was worth the buy, so went to Grand Prairie Asian district to the massage chair store. Found this model and tried it out. After 15 minutes I knew I had to get it. Built in bluetooth speakers and massages the arms, legs, calves, feet, back.....this has got it all. 0-gravity recline. Surprised her for Christmas. She was in shock and couldn't believe it. Well worth it! Used daily by the both of us. I knew I had to take advantage being an Amazon Prime member. Any other store would charge you a lot for shipping/delivery.

It's a great piece to own with a purpose
I've only had this for about a week and it's not what I thought. Especially with the feer and calf areas. It does a great job on my back. My arms and calf area only gets squeezed and no massage motions. It doesn't recline further than about a foot. Overall a good buy but the price should be fair at between $ 500 and $650.

Good Chair
I like it and it has helped my husbands back a lot but he is very tall. I'm shorter (around 5'10") and it doesn't do much for my shoulder. The hair bags don't do as much as the rollers (arms, calves) but we are happy overall.
