Really super customer service- it’s been a long rough road after an accident and their helpfulness was much appreciated!The brace is a good-quality brace of the same brand I received from my doctor’s office. Make sure you take all measurements and order the right size for you :)

Large is indeed large
Great for larger person with longer neck. This would not fit an average person (I tried it on myself a 5'8" woman) but fit my 6 1/2 foot loved one perfectly.
