The cooler is awesome adds usb ports plus it doesn't add much bulk to your ps4. I like the fact it lifted it up just a bit I do notice a difference in running temps my ps4 feels cooler the fan is silent. Only downside is you have to go in and change the usb settings if you put your ps4 in standby mode.I changed mine to 3 hrs and have had no problem. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Horrible product. It didn't even last a day. It went up the first day I used it I plugged my controller in and it wasn't charging and then I realized it broke. Smelt a burning smell from it.
