I bought this to train pull ups as I lack muscle strength to pull my own body weight. It works out pretty good as long as you know how to loop it behind the pull up bar. You can also use it for plenty of other exercises, as it will train your resistance strength. Overall it's a pretty simple product that seems to be constructed with decent materials. I will up this review should the band break within the next few months. I must say it does look like it will last a while. It also come with a small training bag which could be handy for various purpose.

Only had this item 3 months. Used once or twice a week and it broke on me. It popped my foot like the huge rubber band it is! I’m gunna be walking with a limp all week now

I've got the black band to add some resistance to my bicep, shoulder and squats.While it works as intended I find it to narrow to pull comfortably compared to other bands I've used before.Might work better for you , if you exercise in gloves (which I don't like to do)
