Larry Learns to Listen (Big Idea Books / VeggieTales)

I was so excited to see this book on Amazon! Veggie Tales is geared toward teaching kids life lessons while focusing on God. This book is nicely written and rhymes. The illustrations are colorful so it attracts the attention of little ones. My daughter is two and a half and often asks me to read this book to her. She loves it so much that we've even gotten another copy to give as a gift. (By the way her friend loves it too!)

it matches the silly song in the larry learns to listen dvd. I personally don't like the ending of the story where they kept the game still working after it fizzed out and everything and it doesn't show a good outlook. I don't think the kids learn well to listen when everything goes well and nothing brakes and stays broke. it's funny though I guess the kids will like it. and it does show how difficult something is when you don't listen to reason first off.

My son insisted on reading this book every night for several month. Great pictures and value message. Highly recommend.

This was a gift for my little boy for Christmas. He loves Veggie Tales. This book has such a valuable lesson and is simply put so my five year old can understand it.

Great starter books for 6 months old and up while they're still exploring everything by putting it into their mouth. Appears pretty indestructible.

Great book a positive way of showing kids why it's important to listen and follow rules.

Slightly 'cheap'. The story lacks depth. The pictures are too empty, there are mostly just the main figures and nothing else.
