Jnana Yoga: The Yoga of Knowledge

Brilliant wisdom shared by Vivekananda
My mother is a lifetime devote of Paramahamsa Yogananda who brought Kriya Yoga to the West, and she loved Vivekananda's interpretations of Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras, as well as his simple explanations of Bhakti, Jnana, Raja, and Karma Yoga.

Pages are way too thin!
The pages in this book are so thin its hard to read because you're constantly staring at the backwards letters of the previous page... this also makes highlighting impossible. This is disappointing.

Fascinating read irrespective of one's own believes
Remarkable book that uses logic rather than faith to reason out the existence of a higher power.I really like the logical flow in which the author deduces his final conclusion in each chapter. The following chapter then takes into account the results of the previous chapter to break down and analyze the next question that arise. It's a fascinating read irrespective of one's own believes.

the heart of yoga.
This is a very good book on yogic philosophy. Yoga is not just physical exercise, and shouldn't be tought by those who teach muay-thai in the following hour.
